Monthly TBR: February

In my last post, I discussed my January reading progress. Turns out I underestimated how much of a mood reader I am. Whoops! My TBR list is also shorter this month to account for a heavy workload. Check below to see which books I’ll be reading and reviewing this month!

The Beast’s Heart by Liefe Shallcross

I ADORE Beauty and the Beast retellings! This one seems different from others in that it is from the Beast’s perspective. Excited to see if it adds a wickedly delicious flavor to the romance.

To Best the Boys by Mary Weber

I’m ALWAYS here for a heroine who says f*ck the status quote, especially if it’s to save their family.

Wicked Saints (Something Dark and Holy #1) by Emily A. Duncan

Saints. War. Blood. Princes. Romance. It’s like Emily looked into my soul and created my new favorite dark fantasy!

The Gilded Wolves (The Gilded Wolves #1) by Roshani Chokshi

The city of love is also the city of secrets. Way to combine my love of France with a high stakes treasure hunt, Roshani!

The Wicked King (The Cruel Prince #2) by Holly Black

The Cruel Prince had a horrible– wonderful?– cliffhanger. I’m SCARED, and excited, to read the sequel since I know the stakes are 10x higher.

A Curse So Dark and Lonely (A Curse So Dark and Lonely #1) by Brigid Kemmerer

Look, another Beauty and the Beast retelling! This one features a female character with a visible disability as the love interest and the only person capable of helping save a kingdom.

Stalking Jack the Ripper Series by Kerri Maniscalco

Try number two! Like with Illuminae, I’ve only read the first book, so I’m starting this series from scratch. I adored Cresswell and Rose’s snarky humor and lowkey flirting. May as well enjoy it at its full glory!

The Savage Dawn (The Girl at Midnight #3) by Melissa Grey

The world and mythology Melissa Grey created in The Girl of Midnight has easily become one of my favorites. I’m eager to figure out the fates of Echo, Caius, and the world!

Hoping that this month is a little smoother and more productive for my reading and blogging. Follow me if you’re interested in finding out.

Since you know what I’m reading, tell me what is the main book(s) you’re planning on reading this month?
